1: Places on the days will only be confirmed on clearance of payment.
2: Team places on the days are allocated on first come first served basis. There is a maximum of 60 (30 pairs) places available at each regional qualifying event. In 2013 only organisations in the Financial and Corporate Sectors are eligible to take part. No IFA's are able to enter this year at our sponsors wishes
3: Preferred Qualifier Days will also be reserved for teams on a first booked first served basis
4: Please note that each individual, company or organisation can only one of the regional qualifying events and not both. The Entrant's team(s), must comprise of 2 people as it is a pairs format
5: Places on the days are not refundable as a result of non-attendance, even due to unforeseen circumstances.
6: In the event of bad weather, the event organisers (JN Marketing) reserve the right to change the format of the day(s). Participants are recommended to bring rainwear in case of inclement conditions.
7: All golfers and guests will be requested to conform to the host venues dress codes.
8: If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, and due to no fault of the event organisers, then the event organisers JN Marketing will not be held liable for any losses and will not be required to refund monies pre-paid by participants and sponsors. All participants and sponsors take part in the event at their own risk.
9: JN Marketing, the host venues and all event sponsors have no liability for any loss, damage or claims arising from participating in the event(s). All competitors take part at their own risk.
10: All competitors must be over the age of 18 on the day of competition.
11: Each competition will be officiated by the event director who will be the only arbitrator. Competition rules come under the jurisdiction of the R & A and the host venues local rules.
12: Teams will comprise of two golfers and may include any combination of clients and company employees. Teams will play together throughout their Qualifier Day
13: The teams contesting the Grand Final will each comprise the same two players who competed and qualified from the Regional Finals, unless there are exceptional circumstances and permission for any change has been granted in advance by JN Marketing.
14: "Stableford" scoring system will be played, with the best score on each hole, to count. 3/4 handicap (maximum handicap 24 for men and 36 for ladies).
15: Evidence of a handicap certificate is required to play at any of the venues listed. EGU Society Handicaps are allowed.
16: In the event of a competition tie for first place, the wining team will be selected on the basis of a countback (back nine holes, back six holes, back three holes, back one hole, front nine holes, front six holes, front three, front one - as per the card of the course, not the order in which they might have been played). In the unlikely event that there is still a tie, the qualifying team will be decided by a sudden death play off.
17: In matters concerning any off-course query or dispute, the decision of the organising committee will be final. That committee will comprise of representatives from JN Marketing, the host venues, plus, if appropriate, an independent referee.
18: JN Marketing reserve the right to change details described in the event literature.
19: All details are correct at the time of going to print.
